The Farm behind farmhouse kitchen
Our farm has been the heart of our family for generations, and we’re very passionate about what we do.
The Farmhouse Kitchen is a cherished offshoot of our farm, which today is solely focused on milking with a herd of just under 500 pedigree cows.
You guessed it – all the milk used for our meals and beverages comes from our farm, processed just a short distance from the kitchen. Located right on the farm, our kitchen is inspired by its surroundings, reflected in both its décor and its commitment to high quality.

Seasonal Produce
As a family farm, using local, sustainable and proper produce is deeply meaningful to us. In addition to using milk from our herd, we source seasonal produce by partnering with other environmentally-conscious suppliers, such as fellow farmers, butchers, fishermen, and others.
Because of this promise, we run a seasonal menu that makes great use of what is available to us every season.

The Pantry
If you’re stopping by for something to eat and drink, you can also check in at the Pantry, our on-site farm shop, which adjoins the kitchen. Stock ranges from fresh fruit and vegetables from neighbouring farms to fine ingredients and foods of local brands, and even our own milk and dairy products. Inspired by your meal with us? You can make your visit that little bit extra special by picking up ingredients and produce for your own home-cooked meals, making excellent use of what the local area has to offer.
The Barns
Alongside The Farmhouse Kitchen and Pantry, we also have the Wheatacre Hall Barns on our land. These luxury barns are available as holiday lets, allowing you to stay with us and soak up the countryside environment for a well-deserved break.
Guests at our barn will also have breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea fulfilled with the on-site Farmhouse Kitchen.
