Our premises feature step-free access to the pantry, kitchen, and seating areas, ensuring ease of movement for wheelchair users and those with mobility challenges. Wide doorways and clear pathways provide ample space to manoeuvre comfortably.
Accessible toilets are available on-site, and free parking with easy access is situated close to the entrance.
Seating options include a variety of heights and support levels to cater to individual comfort preferences.
Service Accessibility
Our friendly, trained staff receive ongoing training on accessibility awareness and allergen safety, enabling them to offer attentive, personalised support. Menus are available in large print, and we maintain clear signage and good lighting throughout the venue.
While we don’t offer tailored quiet times, we are happy to recommend quieter periods for neurodivergent visitors or those sensitive to noise.
If you need help with your shopping in the pantry, please let a member of staff know, and they will assist.
Family & Child-Friendly Environment
We are a breastfeeding-friendly space and welcome families with young children. With high chairs available and a relaxed atmosphere, The Farmhouse is ideal for all ages.
